There’s nothing like being called “kiddo” to be reassured that someone isn’t interested and that you don’t have a chance.

I guess I’ll just continue to admire from afar. 

… but I played it much cooler at the moment

So I’ve come to terms with the fact that nothing is going to happen between me and Spring Wedding simply because I don’t think I have any real feeling for him. I think he’s cute and I like to hang out with him but that’s pretty much it. Today I was stuck with him for like an hour and I didn’t have anything to say. We made small talk. SMALL TALK. It wasn’t like I was nervous or anything I just didn’t have anything to say. Don’t get me wrong, it was awkward conversation (at least I didn’t find it awkward) it just wasn’t stimulating. Maybe it was a fluke because this is the first time we were forced together instead of willingly hanging out (the other times conversation ran smoother). I’m just taking it as a sign that he will remain in crush status: Someone nice to look at, nice to talk to on other occasions, nice to fantasize about, but that’s about it. There will be no wedding in spring as of yet … but maybe a fling.

Tonight … well technically last night (4/1/11) … Cabaret opened at SUNY and even the staff got in on the fun. If you know anything about Cabaret there’s a lot of half naked people running around. Anny (the house manager) and I (the assistant house manager) decided to play our parts. We dressed in corest tops, short skirts, and, of course, red lip stick.

After the show we hit the town.

There’s nothing better then running into and hanging out with your crush when you know you look hot.

For anyone who hasn’t seen the show, you really should.

So please sir, if you run into my mama, don’t reveal my indiscretion.

One of my crushes has never heard of Micheal Buble until last night. I had him listen to Feeling Good, which is my favorite song by MB, and he thought it was “great”. He thought it was great! I’m currenly having him listen to other Buble music and just might be turning him into a fan and he has no idea how excited I am about this whole thing. This is so stupid but I don’t even care.
